To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The products was purchased within the last 10 days.
- Products must be unused with tag(s) and in new condition.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from Pretty & Lavish. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. You will have to send the product on our address and also you have to pay the shipping fee as well. Once we received the item after checking it if its meet the criteria that have been mentioned above. We will refund your money back.
